I had the pleasure of working with Tracy and her staff in 2020 and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with friendly, caring faces that put me and my dog, Luna, at ease. The staff took the time to fully understand my dog's individual needs and developed a customized treatment plan to help them reach their full potential. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my dog received the best care possible. Throughout the process, Tracy kept me informed of my dog's progress and provided me with resources and tips to help continue her recovery at home. It was clear that the staff takes pride in their work and is always striving to provide the best possible care for their patients. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone in need of specialized care for their furry friend. The level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise that the staff provides is truly unparalleled. I recommend Animal Rehabilitation Centre, this excellent facility has very professional, knowledgeable , and friendly staff. doing some exercises to overcome issues. They truly love what they do and it shows, kindness is caring for others going beyond my expectations. I am glad I came there. I could not be any happier it has been a life changing experience my dog keeps improving I am so grateful thank very much.

I had to wait for an appointment for over a month and told them that if there was a cancelation to let me know. She left a message that there was a cancellation but I missed the call while out of town. I called 4 days before my appointment to confirm the time and she said she had given the appointment away because I didn't respond to her message in time She was rude and confrontational. She said she could do what she liked because she is the owner, Customer service? Maybe she knows her technical skills but her personal are sorely lacking.
