I got an ankle sprain and decided to get treated by Eric at Optimal Function, now that the treatment is over I can feel how I got my ankle healed really good. They provide you a proffesional treatment and really care about your case/injury as Eric is an excellent physiotherapist. I would recommed this place to anyone that needs to get treated for any issue related to body mobility/injuries.

Eric is very professional and understanding. He genuinely cares about his clients and just wants the best for them. His explanations are straightforward, he always takes his time and does not rush any session to ensure that I am given the best treatment and education. I came in with a wrist problem where I experienced pain and weakness whenever Id do weightlifting exercises. Within months of our sessions, I was able to strengthen my wrist which helped improve my performance at the gym. He is very consistent with his treatment and tries all possible assessments to pinpoint the problem. His client education is so helpful because he recommends exercises based on specific concerns. He also teaches you proper stretching and lifting techniques to reduce risk of injuries. I mentioned that he genuinely cares about his clients because he takes the time to send resources through email that are helpful with my concerns, and even checks up on his clients when he has the time. Remy is very professional as well and accommodating. He's friendly and engaging to talk to. Overall, I really recommend this clinic if youre looking to find the best care that you can get from a PT clinic. I am really glad that I went to their clinic and I still do to this day.
