Very pleased with the service received from The Roof Whisperer. Ron came out shortly after we initially spoke and offered a bid. We scheduled the job for the following week and it was completed in a timely fashion.

Updated May 2023: After posting this review, I was promptly contacted by Mimi, our original sales agent, who was in a state of disbelief about what we were experiencing. It was clear that Mimi had been left out of the loop on all of my previous conversations with Alpine, regarding issues of damage and repair. Mimi was quick to come see the current status of the ceiling and promptly set about rectifying the situation. Within a short turnaround the roof was repaired. Shortly thereafter, arrangements were made for a painter to inspect and subsequently repair the interior damage. While this experience was unfortunate, Mimi demonstrated to me that I was important to him as a client and making things right was of the utmost importance to him. It was my mistake to not reach out to him directly from the beginning and that is my lesson learned. I hope that Alpine takes this as a learning opportunity as well and uses Mimi's conduct as a benchmark for training, performance and customer relations. If you are wondering if I will use Alpine Roofing again, after this experience and Mimi's intervention, the answer is wholeheartedly, yes. Original Post: We had our roof replaced about 2015/16. By early 2017 Alpine Roofing needed to send someone out to fix some of the shingles that were lifting. Fast forward a couple years we start to have paint on the ceiling bubble and crack. I thought it was the chimney, which we get repaired, but the paint keeps lifting and bubbling, so bad that it's falling off the ceiling. I finally go into the attic and see the roof trusses are soaked and dripping all over, where that origial repair was done and then some. Alpine sends another team to inspect the origial repair. It turns out the first genius they sent filled my roof with nails, which subsequently rusted, expanded and contracted with the seasons and left my roof perforated all over. So they replaced the entire east side of my roof. I am reluctant to paint because the paint keeps bubbling off the ceiling. Their inspector comes again and tries to tell me my paint is bad. My ceiling is plaster, not drywall, which stains and sages, unlike plaster, which is far more resilient. So, here we are six years from the original repair. It's raining out and my ceiling is still dropping paint and bubbling. I go into the attic again and sure enough there are wet patches and water lines running down the roof trusses.
