Very unprofessional admissions team. I have now asked 4 separate times over the course of a month (twice over email, once via phone and once on live chat feature) for tuition and fees information and each time, my question has been either ignored or deflected. Instead of just answering a simple question, I have been told the admissions person who contacted me "doesn't check emails often" and to come in for a 2 hour tour. In the middle of a pandemic. The email response to my call came OVER TWO WEEKS after a message was left and still completely ignored what I ask in favour of a consultation that would take up more of my time. If this is even a small indication on how this place is run, I'm terrified to see what mess is happening in there. I'll be going with a school who is transparent about program details instead of trying to scam me with a sales pitch before they tell me what the cost is. So disappointed.
