Had a phenomenal experience at this location. The smoked salmon bites were delightful. They were to die for! If you have not experienced them then you have not lived life Elvis and Bailey at this location were so kind and pleasant to speak with they helped me select the perfect item for me Elvis recommended the aforementioned salmon bites and I am so grateful I listened to him. Just an unreal experience. Thank you Elvis and Bailey!!!

They need to learn from shops like Roast butchers how to offer real customer service. I was a customer until I called to place an order which I was picking up (something I had done often since they had opened) and was told that there is a new policy and I had to go online to place an order or talk to customer service. I find it interesting that the system is set up for the customer to do more work to spend money, especially at an expensive shop. I was driving so I couldnt go online. When they put me through to Customer Service , there was no answer. Then I called back and they put me on hold so they could try customer service to find that no one was answering the customer service line, so they asked me to call back. I was on the phone for 20 minutes they couldve taken my order in five. When I spoke to the Manager Sean, he decided that it was more important to stick with company policy versus satisfying a good customers request, a customer who spent a significant amount of money regularly at the shop. When I informed him that I would be happy to go to Pisces or City Fish, he let me know that I was welcome to shop where ever Id like. The stupidity in setting up a system that makes the customer work to purchase product,, and not allow a customer to call and order, when the shop is generally very quiet is not the best approach. A manager needs to make a better decision and override a really bad policy set up by the Organization. Ive never shopped there since that experience, and have directed others to shop elsewhere. Another customer commented on the limited selection and she is absolutely correct. Im happy to travel a few more minutes to get a better selection and better customer service.
