Lobster Burger Bar

Do not listen to any of the good reviews, I guarantee they are paid reviews. I emailed them over a week ago after an absolutely terrible experience that has gone unanswered. Customer Service - There is none and I mean none. They didn't bring anything such as cutlery before food arrived and didn't even bring it when food. She acted surprised that we had none. She asked how the food was a few bites in. It was some what ok at this point. She never came back after that until 9pm when she said it was last call for food and drinks, which I found odd since they close at 11pm. My daughter had to go get her drink refilled herself. Food - Caesar salad tasted like garlic and only garlic, they do use real bacon though. If you love garlic this salad is definitely for you. Chicken burger I'm not entirely sure as I was to traumatized by this point to even ask. The lobster roll was the worst lobster roll I have ever had in my whole life. It only tasted like lemon and quite dry. The fries were probably the only somewhat enjoyable thing but unfortunately I was unable to even eat much of those after I had my appetizer. The lobster chowder..... Well it tasted ok and was a good start until I bit into the rock hard ancient piece of dog kibble they call a crouton. It broke my tooth! I was so mortified and in so much pain I couldn't even bring myself to say anything. I have hardly been able to eat since. And before they comment the same thing they post to every bad review, no I most definitely will not give you another chance.

Frankly it was a little bit underwhelming the lobster in the lobster roll was served too cold and a bit flavorless. The fries were absolutely ok but unremarkable. The worst thing was that the pineapple margarita was charged 200% the menu price. Why? We only noticed once we left and inspected the menu again. Overall not up to standard if these are the prices.

We would highly recommend this restaurant. We ordered the cold lobster roll with fries and our son enjoyed a very large burger. The service was fast and friendly with the owner stopping by to see how we liked our meal. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and much larger inside than it appears from the street. We appreciated that we could easily converse and hear our discussion. We all enjoyed seeing the cute little robot cleanup waiter as it moved through the restaurant. The washrooms were clean.
