Used this storage a lot to store my car and other stuff and never had any issues whatsoever..ross and Abdul was of great assistance most amazing people Ive met helped me out a lot and very detailed about their policy also kept the storage and their work area super clean and tidy definitely recommend

I've been using Apple storage at Danforth since 2021. Staff are polite and helpful. However they can't seem to get control of a mice problem. Despite traps set around the place, there are constant and consistent signs of mice in the corridor and in our locker. NO food kept in ours, but they still try and eat anything plastic and defecate all over stored items.

Very easy and efficient to set up and come in and out of. Been here for a few months, no leaks or anything. Staff have been really nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

The place is probably one of the older storage facilities in Toronto. Don't fall behind in payments or they have you by the short hairs, if you know what I mean. No partial payments accepted. Before you know it an auction can be called. For some reason this time around they did not push for an auction and when I attempted to make arrangements for payments I was told they would accept $1200 in one payment and I can vacate a week later. This was after about 4 years storing my items in there facility. That amounts to about $40,000. One of the two lockers had been entered and I am certain there are items missing. Friends had visited the lockers, with me, over the past few years. They were there to help when it was time to vacate. When we opened the door they immediatley said, "something is different". After 4 years its difficult to remember everything that was in storage. Someone removed some items. I have not yet decided what I will do. The insurance they offer, making it very easy to feel safe, is not valid if your account is not in good standing. In other words if you're in arrears. Therefore, your insurance is not valid if you fall behind in payments. It would not surpris me if they own paperwork suggesting you're insured. And, there really isn't any insurence at all. Their own insurence would likely cover any valid losses that may occur. If there are no losses, they can sit back and collect money, every month, from hundreds of customers who really aren't insured.
