🌳Green Storage Toronto Downtown

I came here to buy some boxes and Mike was super easy to work with and helped pick the right size. 100% recommend over a big box store.

The units are hard to access because of a lack of parking, a lack of carts and broken and uneven concrete that makes it difficult to roll a cart loaded with items. A year ago when I posted this two star review they contacted me to offer me a discount if I gave them five stars. I declined. They took down all the issues I had and said they would fix them to get the rating up. A year later nothing has been fixed and they just increased the rent for the unit $30 per month (about a 25% increase). The units themselves are decent but unremarkable.

I just called Green Storage in Toronto downtown location Mike was very helpful courteous and helped me with a crisis situation that I am in. Helped figure out a plan. Thank you Mike. My friends and family in the GTA area if you need storage don't hesitate to inquire about it because they are friendly and helpful kind. Mike you made me feel at ease.
