        I have a "leather" backpack that I love, and use everyday, so the stitching on the straps can get loose, as I can be pretty rough with it. I always bring it here to be repaired because they're so nice, and have such reasonable prices. Plus they get the job done quickly!

        I brought my favourite pair of shoes in, their soles were worn in a funny way, due to my having flat feet. He knew exactly how to fix them, and also was able to tell that I needed more width on the soles, (I have wide feet). After he was done, the shoes were better than they were when I first bought them! Definitely recommend.
