Rude people, they limit the capacity in the store based on their own sense! And we drove to their shop to buy a pressnt rather than buy it online, then they gave us a cheap plastic bag check the photo.

Employees at this store are not-well trained, and forget to inform their customers of basic store policies. Was told something was not refundable, despite never being told at the time of purchase. Other stores inform customers at the time of purchase when something is final sale. Have no problem buying something that is not refundable, but deserve to have all the information at time of purchase. The biggest problem though was that the girl at the register was quite rude, and defensive instead of acknowledging they made a mistake. Wouldve been happy if they just sincerely apologized, but instead got a completely hostile response for a situation that anybody would be frustrated with. I normally dont leave reviews for negative interactions, but Im tired of these rude workers with no social skills that barely look up from their phone to talk to you. If you dont like dealing with customers then choose another line of work. Hope they learn from this interaction, and treat people with more respect, otherwise I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them in the future Aldo train your employees!
