Safe to say, Ill never be coming back to this particular Vans store again. The service I received from one of the employee was so horrible and rude. The entitlement the employee had when I asked her to check a size that I was looking for. I had no idea asking employees to check for sizes in a shoe store was too much to ask, lol. They also dont have all the colours and sizes to begin with. I ended up getting the pair and the size I was looking for at footlocker not too far from the vans store in Downtown and at a much better deal. Also would like to mention the other employees at Vans were really kind and helpful but the one I asked for help was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was frustrated and was taking that out on customers who pay for the service and the products. Vans can do better!

Amazing shopping experience! Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff! Had a great conversation about some historic previous show models and left with a pair I had no clue about previously! Amazing experience! Highly recommend this store. Also its one of the last brands you dont have to sell a kidney own. :)
