    I agree with the reviews below. The salesgirls here have bad attitudes & walk around with disgusted looks on their faces . Theyre also more concerned with gossiping with each other than helping customers. Definitely consider purchasing your shoes elsewhere!

    This place is a Money trap scam. Once you pay, you will never ever get your money back even if you return it then and there after finding an issue with your shoes. I bought a pair of waterproof boots online and when I took them out of the package, I noticed that metal was showing around the bottom of the boot, where it adheres to the sole. I took them to the Eaton Centre location for an exchange and they told me they didnt have the boot, but Fairview Mall did. So, I went up to Fairview Mall and they only had brown, not the black that I had ordered. They told me I needed to go to Scarborough Town Centre as they had the boot in black and my size. Both Eaton Centre and Fairview Mall acknowledged that the boot was a manufacturers defect. When at Scarborough Town Centre, I asked them to complete the exchange, but I was told I would have to refund the boots then buy the new pair of boots at the in-store price. I went through with the transaction because the product was defective, and I need the boots for work. There was no mention of their return/exchange policy prior to me getting the receipt that was stamped Exchange only. However, the sales associate clearly said to me that I had 30 days to return the shoes if they were unworn. Had I known that my boots were exchange only, I would not have proceeded with the transaction. When I got home, I didnt want the boots anymore so I returned to the Eaton Centre and attempted to return the boots because I was explicitly told that I could return them. I went into the store and but the boots on the counter and was ignored by the staff as they all congregated around someone they were all familiar with. They discussed their holidays and were wishing everyone a Happy New Year. After some time, a sales associate innocently asked us if we had been helped, to which I said no I want to return the boots. They said that I could either exchange them or get store credit. I said that neither were an acceptable solution as I was told I had 30 days to RETURN them so that is what I was going to do. Someone else stepped in, presumably a supervisor, who reiterated their policy which states that they are exchange only. At this point, I was extremely frustrated because I had purchased the boots online and the online policy states that I am allowed to return them not exchange them. This was all for a pair of boots that had a manufacturer defect. The person showed the receipt that said sale items are exchange only or I can get a store credit, but my money back is not an option. The policy is ensuring that the store keeps my money, which is despicable. Why are the in-store and online policies different?

    One of the worst experience, we were shopping for a pair of shoes. We went thru 4 pairs of shoes, we were asked to make sure we put each of the pair perfectly into the box because they get confused. How am i supposed to not get confused and perfectly place them in their appropriate box. I came to shop not work. We were so sure of buying one but this spoiled our evening.

    I would give this store 0 star if I have an option. It was Cyber week 2022 and they have 30% promotion on all items. I bought the boots yesterday thinking that it'd suit me at first and at the store, I asked the clerk if it was returnable, she was certain to me that I could return within 30 days. When I was back home, I realized that this boots did not go well with my clothes so I decided to return today. The assistant called herself as a manager, rejected my return request and offered store credit to exchange another item. She said that this boots was on sale before the promotion so no return. It is deceiving because if it was on sale before, it should have reduced the price even more on Black Friday, if she said that, it means I had no promotion. I convinced her that another clerk told me it is returnable, and this manager said she wasnt there so she would not be responsible. Hey manager! you are responsible for training your staff about this policy in advance, you cannot let staff say different things and cannot talk back to customers that way This manager was very rude, bossy and had zero respect to me (I requested gently and respectfully enough). I NEVER PURCHASE ANY ITEM IN THAT STORE, I LOVE THIS BRAND BUT I HATE THEIR HIRES.
