Toronto Sleep Institute - MedSleep

I had a very good experience with the MedSleep group. Yes, like every specialist or medical test required in Ontario, it can take a few weeks or even months before an appointment is booked. However the team at Medsleep returned my calls and followed up accordingly. Shout out to Nony! I never had an issue getting someone on the phone to answer my questions or concerns. Everyone was patient and understanding, and friendly. Thank you MedSleep!

Did the sleep test. No one called me back with results so I assumed I had no issues. Contacted clinic again 5 years later and got no explanation for the first visit even though they had my results which were positive for Apnea. Now I was asked to come in for another overnight test. Seems like a business not a doctors office. No trust with these people. Arrogant and self serving is my impression. UPDATE Jan 26 2023. I was able to get a home sleep test from another clinic Sleep Care Canada. Call them instead.
