        As with most systems, it usually works. When it doesnt, they do not care, and are unapologetic, hard to access and unhelpful, even when it comes at extraordinary costs to their customers.

        Poor customer support- slow to get back with concerns (I've been trying to resolve a subscription issue through Apple, and have been waiting 4 days without a response from their support group). Online agents are not helpful at all- there are no live agents. Would recommend another billing agent to avoid missed billings.
