    Absolute nightmare trying to upload files. Having to create an account, waiting for a code to be sent and not knowing which specific file type they require. Hours of frustration

    A very frustrating experience with this company. We responded to their initial request on releasing a common client's clinic notes in a timely manner with an email stating the specific and clear procedure that we have established with many law firms for many years. They came back with weird requirement and pressing demand on how to structure an invoice. We've spent hours and hours to try to making it work for them and they're still not satisficed. The same email came back again and again. What a waste of time and energy!!!

    if you want to waste your time, use this company! if you want to fry your brain trying to figure out what happen to those records that was send and confirm by their employees a year ago, and come back again and again and again. They are the most efficient out there. its good to outsource some of the services, but not acquiring records. if medchart higher up sees this, call me and i can discuse further.

    I work at a healthcare clinic and every interaction I have had with this company has been appalling. They send through requests stating to send invoices first, no one responds to these invoices. We then send through the chart as some time has passed and have them harrass us by automated email for over a month asking for the documentation we have already sent. I spoke with someone on the phone, after multiple emails and calls to reach them. If you're on hold, even 2nd in the cue, the call will go to VM. Leaving voicemails are near useless with this company. The person I finally spoke to admitted they are MONTHS behind on their emails. I got a call back from one of my original VMs I left more than two week earlier, after already having spoken to a representative, who has to reconfirm what the other person already confirmed because they left no notes on the account like they told me they would. The representatives on the phone are usually very sweet so nothing against them but this company seems to be barely functioning. You're better of asking the clinic directly or having your lawyer request the clinic for documentation. This middle man seems to only slow the process down and cost more money.
