The Single Key Rent collection feature failed to work on its scheduled date despite my efforts to set it up four months ago. As a result, I had to collect rent offline every month. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from the Single Key tech team, they were unable to resolve the issue. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel this service. Given my experience, I do not recommend this feature to other customers.

The rent collection service sucks! The tenant can cancel at will! Singlekey won't report unpaid rent to credit bureau if tenant canceled rent collection!!! Registered for it, had my tenant register, and supply banking info. Three weeks later, I received an email that it was canceled by tenant. Now, the tenant has intended to stop paying rent, and singlekey won't do anything about it. To be fair, alegedly, they would have if I had signed up for their "rent guarantee" service. Not the online rent collection one. Now of course it is too late for me. Do yourself a favor. Consider a different service provider for online rent collection!

EDIT: Editing my original review - Singlekey got back quickly and resolved the issue. Ive had no issues since! Thank you - 2 tenant applications were automatically submitted without them actually hitting submit! Have been trying to get intouch with Singlekey helpline and chat :( no response!
