Unsafe, unreliable, DO NOT risk your money. My Ethereum balance vanished, and they didn't even answer me why and how. Their customer service is absolutely useless, if you run into any issues, good luck getting answers from them. They are only good to take your money, not to help you. Take your money and invest it somewhere safe. Don't wait until it's too late. You'll be left with nothing just like me.

I have been a customer of this company for a few years now and up until this past week they have been pretty good for the most part with a few minor issues along the way. However they no longer answer support tickets and my funds cant be withdrawn as their system has my previous transaction marked incorrectly which stops me from being able to withdraw. I have reached out to them multiple times no response. Seems ever since they sold the company no one cares there anymore.

Gave one star because its better visible for others. Actually its Zero stars. Please, think twice before using such platforms. You will be frustrated with so many stupid tricks and only benefit bitbuy. Horrible.

The app is complete garbage, when there is high market activity, both buy and sell orders are NOT updated sometimes for 10min even longer. Complained about this issue 1 year ago and still not fixed, causing double orders and it's impossible to cancel transactions when needed. Opened several tickets about (last one couple days ago)it and NOTHING was done DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! SHAME ON YOU! Update: Couple months later.... As usually nothing happened, app is still garbage, support very poor to non existent. Did I mention the high fees they charge on pretty much everything?! Mr.Wonderfi aka Kevin O'Leary sure likes to take his cut! Jan 20 3:30pm EST once again problems... unable to log in ( widespread issue) Jan26/27 2023 Down again 12 hours Maintenance should have been done by 10 pm last night, this morning still unable to log in. Feb10 2023 ...here we go again ...after 12 hour maintenance as they call it . Accounts incorrectly reflect balances and everything incl. all coins show $0 "GREAT JOB Mr. Wonderful" April 11 2023 Huge improvement, any updates announced ahead of time, incl. length of upcoming outage.
