Lacks several features required for a good event planning software. Tech support is very inadequate. Hopefully they will make changes soon or we will not renew our subscription.

I've been an admin for our Association account for 2 years now. Support for all paid accounts is limited to chat within a narrow range of hours (M-F most business hours, but not Canadian holidays). The platform works fairly well but there are really no feature upgrades, despite a HUGE list of desired features that the user community puts forward. Frequent price increases without additional features or enhancement of current features. 25% increase coming this year with no upgrades or improvements. Mostly, we'd like support because when it doesn't work good luck trying to reach someone.

I have just noticed all the negative reviews of Wild Apricot - and feel I must disagree. My organization has used them for about 8 years now - and we are very pleased. I do admit it has a learning curve - but once you have your questions answered (which has always been done by the chat feature for us) it is so robust at handling all our needs. They may have a bit of a staffing shortage right now - every place does - but they are still operating just fine. Mine is a totally positive review!

No customer service. Fraudulent charges on credit card.

No customer service whatsoever. Its unfortunate because other than the template sorting and searching its a decent software. The lack of customer service for what they charge is unacceptable. Have not been able to get a person on the phone since 2020! That chat feature is a joke. Its a robot.
