The Spa at The St. Regis Toronto

The spa itself is lovely workers are loverly too , but the nails specialest honestly works as a rocky , it looks like a child cut and file my nails , they dont look even at all and it is too expensive for this amateur work

Great massages. Top notch service. I would say it is higher than your average RMT/massage place. But again, wellness is their top priority. Unfortunately I visited during Covid (2021) and their amenities and pools were not open. But I hand a pleasant experience.

A beautiful spa with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Massage was great. The prosecco at the end of the massage was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

I have visited the spa at St. Regis Toronto several times and it never fails to impress me. The service is exceptional, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Whether you're interacting with the receptionists, spa attendants, or RMTs, you can expect to be treated with kindness and respect. The spa amenities are clean, and I appreciate the attention to detail in the little things, as well as the tea and snack selection. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing spa experience in the city, I highly recommend checking out The St. Regis. I've always left feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

This was my first time at a spa and having a massage. My partner and I booked for a couple session. I especially wanted to write this review for any person out there who is reluctant to get a massage due to trauma. If you have the right person, right place - its a treat not only you deserve but will be able to accept. My RMT, Robyn, was truly the best in so many ways. The prep and instructions she gave about how the experience will happen was very reassuring. I immediately fully trusted her as we were getting ready for our full body 1hr massage. The staff is very accommodating from the minute you check in, to the tour and actual massage. The lounge had really comfy sofas and they really get you at your most comfortable level with their super soft robe and blankets. The pool and jacuzzi area was perfect. They have cold water and towels which is much needed as it gets quite hot in there. Strongly recommend to book off at least 3 hours (we did 3 hours and we felt like we rushed) to enjoy their full facilities. If not for my first eye opening experience with Robyn, I would have rated this spa 4/5. The lounge is quite small and so are the bathrooms. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the bathrooms were very busy with only 2 showers, 2 sinks and 2 dryers.
