Body Blitz Spa West

Used to love coming here. It was always very quiet and relaxing but theyve since changed their rules to allow talking and dont enforce the few quiet zones. Their website says during the day Tuesday- Thursday are quieter which is when I went but the entire time the spa was full of large groups of women who was so inconsiderate and chatty. One of the groups kept screaming and laughing uncontrollably. I would have left if I didnt have a treatment booked. After my treatment I gave this feedback to the front desk and they werent interested let alone apologetic. Would never ever return to this place.

A friend gifted me a massage here. It far exceeded my expectations. The price for a massage seemed on the higher end, but the waters were amazing and worth the additional cost. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. The other guests were pleasant. It was nice to go with someone else.

Strict mask policy and vaccination for staff. This place is very unwelcoming and neurotic.

I really liked this spa. Nice staff, clean and relaxing environment, and didn't expect to enjoy the water circuit nearly as much as I did. Got a massage that was excellent. Would recommend and would definitely go here again.
