I had the pan con manchego and the Paella Patria. The pan con manchego was nothing to write home about, some cheese with some bread and a quince jam for balance. The paella was well cooked, with the seafood and rice having great texture. But it was very salty to my taste. The place was also pricey, but expected due to the type of place and downtown location. I will say I can justify the price of the Paella with it being an experience, but not the pan con manchego. The staff were cool though, and were informative about the menu for my friend who was with me.
