I had the most unfortunately injury (where i was in ER multiple times and couldnt sit or put weight on my spine for over 5 months and had to go on a disability leave from work). So I reached out to Dr. James at Athlete's Care in extreme pain in the lower spine / SI joint area and he has been the most helpful, most knowledgeable, most empathetic and impactful Chiro! He made sure he saw all my reports, understood the condition and started treatment..while continuously explaining and tweaking the treatment to ensure recovery. In my experience after seeing multiple doctors, therapists, hospitals etc (who only treated the symptoms not the cause) I strongly believe Dr. James is the best health care practitioners in Toronto! And yes I am now walking (and dancing) again!

whenever I have an injury, I always can count on Athletes Care to bring me back to life, but specifically Dr. James Ho's electroacupuncture which works every time! it's like a battery boost, but for the muscles! highly recommend
