The only advantages of this building are its price and central location, which puts everything, especially the University, within easy reach. However, it's worth noting that the building has noisy neighbors and you'll hear constant footsteps from the apartment above you. The hallways are often filled with the smell of cooking from other apartments, the fire alarm frequently goes off, there are monthly water cutoffs for "urgent maintenance," and the laundry room is unclean, with washing machines often covered in other people's hairs.
