Staff was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer many of my questions, and even informed me ahead of time there could be a delay for my order because of the strong prescription.

Amazinggg. For the last several years I have been an optical 38 customer. Used to go to the Scarborough location but its too far so 'm glad they opened a Toronto and Mississauga store. GIGI is hilarious. Lovelove Gigi helped me fix my newest pair bc the nosebridge fell off, and super helpfull as I am interested in using contacts. Wonderfull customer service and incredibly informative overall as Gigi gave me an informal lesson regarding my prescription and astigmatism. Don't hesitate. Just go! Now! :0) Edit: Changed my 5 star review to 1. Needed a new pair of glasses as mine broke. Was helped by SUNNY, who was visibly frustrated when I asked her to explain why the price kept increasing lol (168, 228, 288?!?!?). Went to their Missisauga location and got the same pair for less. I won't be back. Edit edit: So I went back. Because the Missisauga location closed, Queen is the next location closest to me. I did let that one bad experience above sour my opinion, but I had to eat my words bc I was assisted very efficiently and kindly by CAROL and another rep whose name I didn't get. Optical 38 had contacts for a very affordable price. I changed my 1 star back to 5.
