Very disappointed with the experience. I referred my dad here because I had a good experience with them in the past. The optometrist seemed inexperienced and upsold my dad something he didnt need and that didnt even work for him. We ended up having to come back two extra times to correct the issue. No apologies from any of the staff they didnt even seem to care. Mind you my dad is not in good health and it is not easy for him to get out of the house. The man who appeared to be the manager was very impolite and cold. He kept interrupting my dad while he was speaking. He should really work on his people skills The environment there felt very tense.

This one is for KAY My husband and I had our eye exam at Clearly and after that we were looking for some glasses. There are so many options and we were very confused as we needed 2 eye glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. Kay found us struggling and started helping us find the ideal glasses for us. We were very picky and indecisive and yet Kay was super patient with us and helped us score some really good deals on our pairs of glasses and sunglasses. She is superb at Clearly We are going to ask for her whenever we come to this location for sure. Thanks so much Kay!! we are very happy with our purchases here today because of her.

2023 Definitely kept up the friendly and personable people ANDREA, MISS DARCI AND DR. Hughes were wonderful Exceptional service!! 2021 Very friendly and personable people. Update, got my glasses they are great. Got them fitted today and divia was very helpful until we got to the right adjustment. Maria and Miss Darci were courteous, respectful and patient. They helped me pick out my new pair of glasses. I was in and out of the store within 30mins. Excited to receive and try out my new pair of eyeglasses.

I went for an eye exam to buy contacts and then 2 months later I went back to buy more and they wouldnt sell me contacts because my eye exam had "expired" and wanted me to pay for another test. Seemed like a scam and the staff was really rude for no reason. They also refused to send me my results from my previous test so I could not bring it to another eye clinic. I ended up having to redo the test at another clinic and they confirmed with me that eye exams dont expire in 2 months
