Before I came into this store, I went to a whole bunch of places and was always indecisive regarding picking the right frame. Michelle spent a long time with me to help me find the right frame and it was a big success. I love my new glasses. Both Michelle and Judy are super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back for more.

A brilliant solution to a pair of broken glasses... I visited the store last Thursday to report a pair of broken glasses that I purchased (some $500) two months ago. The saleswoman, who identified herself as the only non-Asian staff in the store, has kindly offered a solution: I should purchase a new frame that costs $570+ because it will last forever. In essence, she was telling me this: let's solve this problem by you spending more money on something else. It is astonishing that she had the gut to make such a suggestion to a customer. I did not take the offer. A week has gone by. The store did not bother contacting me to offer an appropriate solution. Let me make it clear to the owner, manager, and staff of the store: I will not make a trip to the store for another appalling solution. I do not want to have any business with you ever again. It is fine you prefer to shut your eyes to the problems that customers bring up. I will take every opportunity to tell people around me to stay away from your store. Good luck with your business.

I've gone here for my contact lenses & she's very patient with my indecisiveness. I had looked at glasses & was happy with both the selection & prices. I had a problem with an older pair of glasses that I purchased elsewhere & the Optometrist, at Infinite Vision, recommended something that was simple & works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with how she fixed the glasses that I didn't even buy at her shop! Very good people to work with. I'll be going here for all my vision needs. Highly recommend them.

thank you so much for my glasses.you went above and beyond to help me and now i can see to read for the first time in over 30 yrs. i will recommend you to friends and family. ty again for helping me get the right frames and making me feel confident in wearing them
