This store is decent with good prices for what it is. There is not much Chinese grocery option in the area. They allow credit card charge over a certain amount and today I purchased $60 worth of groceries on my visa. After paying, the cashier realized she made a mistake and didn't charge me $3 for two watercress, instead only charged $1.79 for one. She wanted me to pay $1.2 cash which I didn't have. Instead of allowing me to pay by card again, she defaulted to taking away the one bunch of watercress! This customer service is ridiculous, my grocery was not small to begin with!

We went to buy some seafood. The old guy is act so weird when we come over and pick crab. We dont know we cant pick seafood by ouself and they didnt block this section( a little bit different with other super market, they allow us to pickwhat we like ). He used crab tool and hit strong on the table with loud sound instead of just tell us we cant pick seafood. l was so scary :( :( . Please dont do it with us and other clients . Others staffs always friendly except him. I hope store can improve their customer service. We love to go there but maybe not any more
