Very difficult time doing a basic tax return, over charged , unable to input the discount code I received - had to go to office 3 times - would not file here again

After complaining to the management, I was issued next year's tax return free of charge. **** Honestly, one of the most disrespectful experiences I've had in my life. The service was so lazily done, and the staff were so rude. Go literally anywhere else. "I'm sure your dad will pay for your taxes so you shouldn't worry" The rudest.

These people are incompetant and overcharge for tax returns. They messed up my brothers' taxes and they had to re-do them. Its better if you find someone more competant to do your taxes. Horrible service. They charged my mother who is a senior with a simple tax return $200 . My brother's taxes also very simple and they made a mistake and had to redo them. they charged $200 and when you ask them to explain how they come up with the price, they say they cant explain it. What nonsense! they are a bunch of theives.
