        Head accountant Val Volkov is unprofessional and irresponsible. Failed to submit all returns on time. Made major errors in filing that led to an unwarranted CRA review of my account. He takes zero responsibility for his mistakes and instead blames it on the client. Invoiced me prior to completing all work and then threatened to add interest on an unpaid balance while the work was still not complete. Never work with this person. I will post my correspondence with Val and the CRA if he decides to dispute this review. Again, very unprofessional and irresponsible. Jerzy, who also works there, is a completely different story. I have only positive things to say about him. I would recommend him.
