        Initially I was working with Anu on filing however my case was a little more complex than your average taxes so I was handed over to Dawn. Both staff members were polite and helpful, patient and understanding. Now, it did take some time but mind you it is peak season. They both worked on my taxes and we were able to file within a week. Dawn was calm, patient and friendly throughout the whole ordeal and even stayed past closing time to process my returns. Huge weight lifted off my shoulder the only reason why it wasn't a 5 star is the price, was a little on high side but, then again ALL my returns were taken care of. I know this place has had a bad rep but give it a chance and be kind! You'll get a lot further with the staff they all seem lovely
