Terrible terrible terrible customer service . I did my taxes here and worst decision of my life . Paid 700$ to do it !! And they never return my calls and when I talk to her she said shes very busy with tax season and doesnt have time to open my file . No wonder they have a 2.9 review . DONT GO HERE

Bad customer service. I made an online appointment, and I received a confirmation. I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes in the office then I received an email informing me that my appointment had been postponed for another hour. And when I asked the receptionist, she told me that the expert who I was supposed to meet had rescheduled the appointment. Even though I was in the office, she didn't come and talk to me to agree about a new appointment. It was disrespectful.

Worst service ever. They accepted my online appointment request days ago, and told me they can not provide service when I arrived on time as the tax expert who can do my tax service left last year (not in consistency with what showed up on their online system). Totally a waste of my time and money (parking). The front desk has this bad attitude, and literally dose not feel bad at all. She literally told me there is nothing they can do to prevent this type of errors because its none of their business.

I've had an awful experience with this office so far! Incompetent and unresponsive staff. I had my income tax return filed through this office. When I received my Notice of Assessment, to my shock, my total income did not include my foreign income, which I had declared to H&R Block and which is reflected in all my paperwork. This is now causing me problem with my loan application. I approached the office two weeks ago when the front desk office after a quick look at the documents said that H&R Block staff obviously made a mistake and promised me that the issue will be rectified within a week and that I would receive a call in a week' time. Two weeks already passed and nothing! I tried calling earlier today only to listen to the pre-recorded message saying that office is only open Tue and Thu from 10 am to 1 pm (and I was calling around 10:30 am!!! (and today is Thu!). I left a message, explained the reason for my call and still nothing! Frustrating indeed! Planning to call CRA directly and explain the predicament I am going through with this office.
