        We filed our taxes almost a month ago now, and were supposed to receive documents to sign and copies of our filed taxes- never received it. My partner and I have both tried calling a NUMBER of times and never seem to get through. I finally got through today and the person I spoke to said "I will look into this and if you don't hear back from me in 2 hours call back." It has now been almost three hours and I haven't had a call back, and now when I try to call there is no answer. Really unhappy because I cannot log into my CRA account to pay off my owed money without a copy of my filed taxes.
