        We booked an appointment for 2023/04/17 for 19:00. Overbooked and had to wait for 30 minutes. The customer service really sucks and had to explicitly ask for discount. Lets see how it goes. Take your business elsewhere.

        Used to be great but something wrong here now .The service sucks and not what it used to be! Waited long time .Will definitely go elsewhere.Need more people who are courteous and professional.Hey H & R Block, if you can't get this right why should I give you my taxes?
