H&R Block

I have been coming here for a few years now. Each time my experience is pleasant from being greeted by Milvia, the office manager, to Subha, my tax expert. Milvia is always helpful and friendly, going 'above and beyond ' to assist me. Subha with his knowledge, expertise and thoroughness ensures I get the best return possible, taking the time to review it with me. I leave feeling secure and will be returning next year, thanks to Subha and Milvia.

Disorganized mess. Services for appointment made online were not available at this location. The tax accountant and office manager admitted it was a problem. When I asked if they could help me get appointment at an office that could help me, they told me it wasnt worth them calling because no one answers the phone anyway. Nice service model you have here H&R Block.

This was my first year doing taxes and I had no idea what to expect or do. H&R block offers a professional and accommodating environment. My experience with Milvia was amazing, as she helped me with everything I needed regarding preparation and filing. She was also very friendly and patient. Great and quick service.

I happened to walk in on Saturday and was served immediately. I have been filing my taxes at this location & was lucky to file with Noel twice in a row. Professional, efficient and friendly.
