I had a great experience yesterday in store with Hitesh helping me get wifi for my new apartment. He was super kind/ helpful. I always think something like wifi will be so daunting to get, but super easy process, will be back in future. Thanks!

I walked in this morning to move my internet service to a different location. I met with Hitesh at the store, who was able to get me the best plan at a great price. He was able able to bundle the internet with the right phone plans to suite my needs and activate the services right away. I recommend the store and applaud Hitesh for his top class service.

Literally Scamming people to make sales!!!! Do not go to Sohail, he's going to promise you discounts and never follow through!! So disappointed and frustrated with this company and their employees. I went to the store just to get my modem exchanged because I was having wifi issues, I had no intention of changing my phone provider. This guy tells me he will give a great deal of 50$/month 25gb data and said I will be able to see the credit in the evening. I never got a credit and called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about it. He just scams people. So instead of just getting my modem replaced, I also ended up switching to their mobility and being charged 85$/month instead of the 50$/month(which was promised) Absolutely disgusting. Will never recommend Bell to anybody.

This is a corporate Bell store but operates like a sales agent. Had to go to the source to get help because their staff refuse to assist a long term Bell customer with a simple setup. Which the source (also Bell owned) solved for me in 5 mins.
