        I had been told I needed a new phone because Blackberry will stop supporting their phones on Jan 4. Apex clarified this --no new phone needed as long as what I have is working and meets my needs. Bravo --no unnecessary sales pitch. Then I needed a new British Telecom account added to my Blackbeery email . It could not be done on the phone itself. In their hands it was done in a flash. Superb service. Unqualified recommendation -- S U P E R B
