Do not go to this location!!! They messed up my bill so bad. They billed me double my setup fees and monthly fees. They lady on the phone and Rogers customer service agrees that these horrible people messed up drastically. I was also there for ages and they acted as though this was the first ape watch they had set up. They also won't stop texting me from this location. In addition, they were very rude and gave me judgemental looks the whole time. The girl and the manager were useless. AVOID!!!

Definitely should have read the reviews before I went..... So I had an unpleasant interaction with the manager... So as a person with a physical disability I have to take wheel trans to get around, so I came into Rogers early (10am) to return some old hardware, which went fine with the employee that I dealt with (unfortunately I didn't get his name but thumbs up to him). It was only after I was finished and sat down in the customer seating area to wait for my ride home that the manager Romil, decided to approach me. I was literally only there for 10 minutes before he approached me and ask me if I needed assistance with any other services which I responded "no, I finished everything with your coworker so I'm just waiting for my ride now thanks". Apparently my mere presence was a problem for Romil because he preceded to ask me three more times in the most condescending tone if I needed help with any more services(AKA he wants me to leave), he then informed me that this is not a "Mall" so I can't just sit in "HIS" store... Keep in mind the store is completely empty besides myself, Romil and the other employee.... I asked Romil what is the issue? the store is empty, I'm still a customer, I have services with Rogers and I'm waiting for a ride.. I'm not in anyone's way and I'm not bothering anyone so what's the problem??? because he was making it very clear he wanted me to stand outside. He then continued to ask me why I'm in the store, he struck a nerve so I responded by telling him to leave me alone (plus some very choice words) and I ignored him until my ride came.. Now usually I'm fine with explaining the nature of my disability when somebody approaches me respectfully BUT he did not. I'll still be calling customer service about this because as a MANAGER you should know better... you don't know what kind of disability somebody may have so you should treat everybody with respect, and not speak to people like a condescending child... SIDE NOTE: this is the only Rogers I've been to where they tell you to lower your mask and look into a camera before they unlock the front door for you ???? Super weird and off putting !!! if you're worried about theft or something just get a security guard.
