I am a happy with my experience and I highly recommend them. I have been a customer for over a year now and I am still very happy with the cost and quality of service. So much better than my previous VOIP provider. Cost for the VOIP box was quite reasonable. It has already paid for itself within a few months and I don't have to return it if I were to change VOIP providers (my previous VOIP provider wanted me to pay to return their box and to charge a restocking fee). Long distance is included (continental US and Canadian Provinces). The call quality is good. Any time I had questions I got replies quite promptly. I had absolutely no negative surprises.

Been with VoIP Much for almost 10 years now. Can't complain about the stability of their services. They are always on the ball with customer support and not a single price increase ...but 2 price decreases over 10 years with additional features is unheard of. The SMS feature while in beta is a game changer and we are excited to get this integration into the Real Softphone app.

So far, I'm giving Voip Much a 5 star rating. Only had the service for a few weeks now, but we are very happy with it. Customer service answered all of my questions and concerns before going ahead. The voice quality is excellent , our number porting was seamless and the setup only took a few minutes. This is an update on their service. Well I'm still very satisfied with the service. We had an issue a few weeks ago, I noticed that our service had been out for several days. Contacted customer service and within an half hour or so they sent me an email asking me to reboot the modem and 5 minutes later my service was back. Their explanation for this interruption was due to a system wide issue and unfortunately some of their customers didn't get their modem back online automatically.
