Very good, friendly staff, great job done every time. I go when I have severe low back pain or neck and back stiffness and I leave feeling put back in place. Highly recommend their services and appreciate the take home tips. Very knowledgeable and helpful advice given.

I will be filing a complaint with the CMTO after my recent experience. I've attempted to resolve the issue with the manager to no avail. I have been a customer for some time and had approx 15-20 massages here. There is a masseuse who is on her phone while standing on us. During our most recent massage, she even dropped her phone on my partner while standing on him. This is unsafe and completely unprofessional. Her name is Sara. During the last massage with my mother, her masseuse was stepping on her, and slipped and hurt her. She also had bruises all over her arm, and had to go to the doctor. She never came for a massage again. I've almost always been booked with Kira, who is excellent and I've never had any issues with her. However, not knowing if one of us will get the unprofessional masseuse or one of the excellent masseuses every time we book has always made us hesitate on coming back. I bought the Valentine's day special gift cards to support their business, plus it was advertised to save me $10 per person. In the end, I ended up paying regular price for an RMT massage (they made me pay the $20 difference, negating the Valentine's day promo savings) AND I didnt get a receipt for insurance reimbursement. Because of this dishonest and disappointing business practice of not honouring the terms of the gift cardI doubt I will be returning again. I reached out to the manager and they offered me $20 back (which they still haven't given me...) but said they couldn't give me a receipt because I bought the gift cards in 2022 (which if true should have been disclosed at the time of purchase). When I mentioned the issue of the masseuse dropping her phone and slipping, they never got back to me.

I was here a week ago and this is the best Thai massage I ever did in my life. Nancy was so good thank you very much I will come again for sure!! Also best prices in Ontario must mention that thank you Nancy! If you suffer from back pain go to this place! Or any pain in body

I came here for my first thai massage over the winter break and it was the best massage I've ever had. Normally I leave feeling relaxed but no different physically and this massage helped with a lot of lower back pain I've been feeling. Would definitely recommend and I already have to a few people!
