The person who runs this company was a bit of a nightmare to deal with. Inferior product and service. First of all when I met her she boasted about herself being a high-end Yorkville consultant working with top designers. She didn't seem to acknowledge when I told her I was a designer and grew up with Yorkville designers. (none of them had ever heard of her) She was condescending to me, like I was a dumb housewife because I had a small child at the time.
After ordering a stone counter through her and making a 50% deposit, it took ages for her to follow through. She held the job up and several times I had to call her to ask what was going on and she did not return calls for weeks.
The installer made several mistakes which were not fixed. He anchored the tap too far away from the sink which means that water from the tap inevitably hits the counter and pools. He installed the counter too low so that the top drawers of the under cabinets (brand new custom woodwork) would not open and then only when pulled hard, were scraped and marked up by the front edge of the counter-top overhang. When I told Jana about this and she finally showed up to see what I was speaking about she scoffed at me, dismissed the damage rudely, and demanded her final payment. Every time I look at the counter (which is everyday bc it is my bathroom) I often think of what a lousy job she did. The stone she used was not even stone, it was a cheap, composite"Caesarstone" knock-off, and she sold me a colour I didn't want but she was so pushy that I conceded regretfully. I would never recommend her to anyone
