Incredibly knowledgeable, they take the time to explain rationale behind every facet of procedures, and explain everything in clear language. Particularly like the fact that they don't rush the learning experience. Very friendly, on top of everything else!

Honestly, such a great experience. Bill and Franziska run their business out of their home, and facilitate a really welcoming and comfortable learning atmosphere. They made sure that everyone had enough time and space to practice the skills and I can genuinely say that I left feeling comfortable enough to assert myself in situations that require a first aid certified person. I'll surely be returning to their business to keep myself up to date!

I need to update my training annually and knowing there are qualified trainers in my neighbourhood makes it easy!! I am comfortable with this team and know that with this training I can help those who need it in an emergency. Thanks to this great team.
