We had a couple of mis-starts due to weather, but the company called and advised of the delay the day before, and then when the weather allowed, confirmed the day before when they would be there. They arrived as expected, on time and ready to go. I had one tree removed and one pruned due to storm damage, and when they left you could hardly tell they'd been there at all, except for the cleaned up trees! They responded very quickly, gave me a great price and then came out a couple days later and safely removed huge branches that were hanging over my pool. They were pros, roping off the huge branches, cutting them and slowly lowering and maneuvering them away from the pool. They were on time in the window they told me they would come. Really nice guys, cleaned up after. No problem recommending them, 5 stars!
