Mr Tree Man does it again! We hired James and his crew a year ago. We had reached out to three companies for quotes. James responded within a day and was out to see our property a couple days later. The others took over 2 weeks. When their quotes finally came in, they were well above James' price. We just hired James again for a much more complicated job. Again, he was extremely responsive, coordinated all the necessary equipment and crew, and executed the job perfectly. When they left, the place was immaculate. There was no debris left on the property. We even received a note from our next-door neighbour complimenting the crew. If you want a job well done at a reasonable price, call Mr. Tree Man! I can't recommend James and his team highly enough! From the initial contact, James was responsive, punctual and beyond knowledgeable. We had a challenging situation with a giant, diseased border tree that we shared with our neighbour. He deftly navigated all of the city requirements and permits and worked with us on our extremely specific timing issues. The crew themselves worked non-stop on a ridiculously hot day and following morning and were polite and skilled. The garden was cleaned up to an inch of its life afterwards - it was if they were never there. James has also been an encyclopedia of tree planting knowledge as we get ready for the tree's replacement. While his pricing for the tree removal was excellent, it's his knowledge and enthusiasm which are priceless. A pleasure! Service: Tree removal
