Upanoak Tree Service & Removal

Had an emergency 72 hour order from the City to remove dangerous tree branches that fell on power lines to the house. I called at least a dozen companies and left voicemails with all of them. They either returned my call too late or not at all. Daryl from Upananoak Tree Care not only answered my call immediately, but also completely understood the urgency of the situation having experience dealing with City inspectors. I sent him pictures of the damage and I had a extremely reasonable quote within hours. They scheduled my appointment for the next morning! A whole team of personnel and vehicles arrived on time and had the work completed withing an hour. They cleaned up all the debris immaculately. In addition, there was follow-up correspondence. I have more work to be done in the near future and will not even consider any other company. Kudos!! Service: Tree removal

We were very pleased with the work that Darryl Stevenson and his team from UpAnOak Tree Care performed at our home. Professional, friendly and courteous from initial estimates through scheduling, set-up, execution and clean-up. They used an ingenious compact articulating spider lift to get access to trim a large backyard tree that was starting to get too close to the house. Our private tree was damaged in the storm of May 2022. Cracked right down to the base. Darryl very kindly came and strapped up the tree, holding it together until he was able to come cut it down. Him and his crew are very fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Upanoak and Darryl without hesitation!!

I highly recommend Upanoak Tree Care. Darryl and his team performed a tree and stump removal for us, and were fantastic for these reasons: 1) responsiveness/timeliness: Darryl responded to our inquiries and follow-ups always within 24 hours - this was not the case with anyone else I contacted. He also fit us quickly into their schedule, which was critical because we were removing a dead tree 2) quality work: the work was done in a professional manner and the results were excellent with the team grinding out quite a large portion of the stump. Note that Darryl's team made sure to prepare the work area to ensure no damage was done to the surrounding areas. They also performed the work incredibly quickly - they were in and out within a couple of hours 3) value: pricing was very competitive 4) passion: Darryl genuinely loves the work he does, was eager to talk about the trees, and explained details about the process/method both before and during the job.
