I dont regret much in life, but I regret not giving Marco my business when I first moved to Toronto because I wouldve had a great Miele vacuum and not the two Dysons that Ive gone through. Marco not only sold me a great vacuum (that was better for my allergies & Type-A cleanliness), but he even held the last one for me when the gentleman ahead of me wanted to buy the best vacuum in store. He couldve easily taken that sale, but he was true to his word. To top it off, he helped me even more whenwith no benefit to himhe advised on a trigger fix for my old vacuum. Im sure if Id have asked for the shirt off of his back he probably wouldve given it too. If you need a vacuum, air purifier, or anything for cleaning your home, dont go to the big box stores, buy it here. Marco is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and a skilled repairman too. Thank you, Marco.

Marco delivered once again, this time literally to my door with the most effective air purifier on the market, the very same one used at Ground Zero of 9/11. Bonus, he graciously and carefully unpacked it and took the box away with him. This is my 3rd 5 star review for Vacuums Plus, a 15 star review really. I would like to update my previous 5 star review with another 5 star review. Once again Marco saved my day. The humidifier I bought from him stopped working. Since it's still within the warranty, he helped me send it back to the manufacturer for diagnosis/repair. He stayed passed his closing hour to very carefully pack the humidifier in a box for safe return to the manufacturer, generously providing a helping hand in a situation in which big box and/or online stores notoriously wipe their hands of all responsibility. I am so grateful for retailers like Marco who tirelessly work to keep local possible, to maintain the backbone of our community strong and functional. If you love Miele vacuums as much as I do, this is the place to service, or if you are in the market, buy one. Marco added another 5 years to my old one, and after some honest and sound advice, last week sold me a new one at a good price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my vacuum, "plus" (ie air filters, humidifiers, etc) needs. Marco is more than courteous. His is one of the few stores I've been in where it truly feels like the customer comes first.

I highly recommend Vaccums Plus and Marco Mazza specifically. We had purchased an under-powered vacuum a year earlier from one of the big box stores and were unhappy with how well it worked, and the amount of constant filter cleaning it required just for a small house. Rather than blindly purchase another vacuum, we went to Marco for his advice and he was very good at explaining different types of vacuum styles and how different factors such as the presence of pets, amount of carpeted area can help determine the choice to buy. He is obviously very knowledgeable when it comes to different brands and types of equipment and we were able to purchase a suitable vacuum and at a good price from Vaccums Plus. It's this kind of service that really differentiates small and medium-sized local businesses from the big box stores (at the big stores it's hard to find staff who know where products are located, and they definitely can't tell you much about the differences in the products themselves). A great experience at Vacuums Plus - thank you Marco!
