        Highly would not suggest dealing with the representative named Emma Duffenais she was incredibly dismissive and rude, also had incorrect information Overall not someone as a business owner I would employ. Apparently shes the manager so horrible management.

        The manager of this branch Emma has incredibly poor customer service skills, its unfortunate they have people like this managing a car rental place. I highly suggest another rental company based on my experience with her. At the point I feel her choices are purely personal as the previous manager was wonderful and it is a shame he is gone.

        Canceled my reservation on me with no other options available. Asked to be transferred to reservations and they hung up on me. Will not be dealing with enterprise again.
