Used MVS first time to ship the car from Scarborough to Calgary by rail, it was great experience. I am very impressed their online process from the beginning quote until delivered. The car was stayed in terminal in Scarborough for ten days which I had been informed and with my agreement in the very beginning before the payment, once the car started moving, it was really fast, even arrived earlier than estimate date, and no damages when picked it up. Thank you!

Delayed service. Customer service is only good until they take money. Then the talking nicely part goes away. My car sat 20 days before started moving. Better to go with someone else.

I was told that vehicle will be delivered in 13 days. Its 4 weeks now. When I call customer care they don't even know what is happening. This seems to be scam, I really am worried about my Vehicle. They commit something and cannot stand on that. Beware, find another company or better drive your vehicle.

Service was very bad, information provided by MVS was incorrect and very misleading. The timeframe on my initial quote and MVS companys website are completely different from the reality. Unable to get information when requested. Representatives, especially the person that works for the Caledon, Ontario location was very unprofessional and of no help. The wait period for vehicle to be shipped was longer than the company explained. (My car was parked at the terminal for 3 weeks before it was shipped). Overall I would not recommend or use this company again.

Update 1- Reply to the owners response. 1. I prefer keeping my identity anonymous. Plus the issue here is for everyone using your service, especially at Caledon location. May be your other locations are good, I don't know. 2. Not sure what is false when the pictures posted here are of the drop off location. As you can see there is no proper spot to leave the car and its covered in heaps of snow. Just some placards and a grey drop box. I am thinking if I am really an exception to be worrying about my brand new car? Are people okay with leaving their cars in an open area with just the security cameras that nobody is sure if being monitored or not. And yes, I spoke with the security company and they said they don't operate in the day time. Not sure who does but the number posted by the entry dial pad (right outside that big gate you see) is not for the guards on premises. All I am asking is for you to address this issue with your team. May be have the area cleaned up, or atleast allow people leave their cars inside the fence. Customers need to go home thinking their car is parked in a secured place (which based on the photos this is not) until shipped. Just by telling me everyone leaves their car like that won't help. If you can fix and give an update on this, I will most certainly increase my rating. Original post**** We were asked to drop the car off before noon at their Caledon location. Upon arriving at the place, it looked sketchy. We tried calling Brenda and the customer care, but nobody would answer. 20mins later, Brenda called back asking us to drop the car by the fence, with snow covering the parking area, where their placards were attached. Now, their online photo uploading is fair but we wouldn't trust this particular place one bit to leave our 45k brand new car. Owners! Look for yourself at the condition of that parking spot. No proper parking spot, no fence, nothing! We offered to leave the car 'inside' the fence where there were other cars parked. But Brenda confirmed that's not possible due to security reasons. The irony is that these guys won't trust us with our own car, yet expect to leave the car just because of some security cameras around, which I personally find are to no use if nobody is monitoring. And even if they are, I don't believe these guys especially after noticing some comments here stating damages. I called the security company just to ensure someone is watching this and the guard confirmed they don't operate in the morning (I called the number attached above the entry code dial pad by the entrance). You may be an old and experienced company, but it's important your business is presentable. Unless you guys take some action (*which I trust you will based on your responses to some customers) with how this place looks, my review won't change.
