I have been to multiple vets for my dog (we had moved/travelled so it was necessary over the years) and by far this is the best vet care she has received and this has also been the most positive experience for me as a pet owner! Each visit, every single staff member takes so much care and time to reassure me and care for my dog. Even through initial phone calls, I never feel rushed and they are always so kind and genuinely try to find a solution to help me or work really hard to get my dog in last minute (which is so above and beyond). The vet techs are always happy to see my dog, are pleasant and helpful. The vets themselves, during COVID restrictions when I wasnt allowed in the clinic, took SO much time to talk on the phone with me to update me on my dog and her situation. In person, they do the same. I never feel like I am being upcharged for services or tests, instead they seem to really have my dogs best interests in mind. They will even email the next day to ask how she is doing which is just above and beyond what I have experienced anywhere else. This clinic really take care to make each vet visit a positive experience for both myself and especially my dog. I am so incredibly fortunate they were taking on patients when I needed and even if I moved out of the area I would still keep them as my vet.
