I had my first appointment at this clinic for my 2 cats and I was very impressed by the service I got. The vet did not try to push any unnecessary treatments on me and only looked for the best plan for my cats. All the staff were pleasant and answered all my questions. They were also extremely reasonably priced! Will definitely be my permanent clinic from now on

Can't say enough positive things. I called last minute because my vet is closed on Sundays. They made a spot for me. So extremely kind, the veterinarian (Dr. Nasseri) was so helpful and informative. Thank you again.

I had nothing to complain about it until today. I have been bringing my cats for years to Dr. Vlad, but today I had an appointment at 5:30pm, I arrived at 5:47pm and the receptionist said "ow, it is past 5:45pm, so the vet won't see you". Well, I guess that 2min count as life and death. It is just my opinion but I think they should consider that today is a really foggy and rainy day, and take out a indoor cat to the vet like this is a lot of distress for the animal. I will find a vet close to home and that is more considerate.
