        Bought a bag online and a part of the glazing was melted. Was disappointed that it wasnt disclosed and was told sale was final. Brought the bag to LV to get fixed and I was given a new bag instead. Other than my ordeal they seem to have good circular fashion inventory. Whenever you purchase luxury items have them authenticated again for peace of mind. This is my unbiased and honest experience.

        I had the best experience shopping online and by phone for my first purchase. I called the store from US and asked for a video of an item, they sent it within 1 min! I made the purchase and rec'd shipping information within 24 hrs (weekend purchase) and rec'd in US within 6 days. Great price with CAD to USD conversion AND the best part is the item is in excellent, excellent condition. I could not be more pleased!
